Refunds/Cancellation Policy

is a Web site of BizVentures LLC, herein described as "we"
below:
1.
Product Replacement: We will cheerfully replace any
defective product or media 30 days from the date of purchase.
Product or media must be returned in resaleable condition.
We reserve the right to test the product/media to determine
if it is defective.
2.
Refunds: We will refund the price of your order, less
the shipping charges, on all products returned unopened,
within 10 days of purchase. We do not accept returned, opened,
merchandise. If you wish to return an unopened product,
call in advance to get a Return Material Authorization Number
(RMA). Products returned without an RMA number will be returned
at customer exense.
3.
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order prior
to shipping at any time. If the product has already shipped,
simply refuse the shipment. We will refund your when we
receive the product back in resaleable condition, less any
shipping charges.
